These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clinesio, an AI receptionist platform for dental clinics operated by [Clinesio Legal Entity Name — to be finalized]("Clinesio", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using Clinesio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Clinesio only for lawful purposes related to operating your clinic's patient communications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for the actions taken under your account by your staff.
Clinesio uses artificial intelligence to draft or send responses to patients on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing your clinic's configuration (tone, services, hours, and approval mode) and for supervising AI output where your clinic has chosen manual approval. Clinesio is a communication and scheduling aid — it does not provide medical advice, and you remain responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. You can view invoices and manage your plan from Billing in your workspace at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Clinesio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinesio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of Clinesio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
