Clinesio is built with patient data protection in mind. This page summarizes our current practices — it is not a substitute for a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which is available on request for clinics that need one.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to patient conversations is limited to your clinic's staff and to the systems required to operate the AI receptionist.
Every workspace is isolated per clinic. Team members are invited individually and can be deactivated at any time, which immediately revokes their access.
