Account information (name, email, clinic details), messages and conversation content exchanged between your clinic and patients across connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, and email), configuration you provide (services, hours, tone), and usage data needed to operate and improve the product.
To operate your clinic's AI receptionist, respond to patients on your behalf, provide analytics, and secure your account. We do not sell patient or clinic data.
Clinesio relies on infrastructure and channel providers to operate, including messaging platforms (Meta, for WhatsApp and Instagram), your connected email provider, an AI provider used to generate responses, and a payment processor for billing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.
Patient names and message content are encrypted at rest, connections use TLS in transit, and access to your workspace is restricted to your clinic's authenticated staff. We do not claim certification under any specific regulatory framework (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR) at this time — clinics with jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements should review this policy with their own counsel before processing patient data through Clinesio.
We retain conversation and lead data for as long as your workspace is active, or as needed to provide the service. Clinics can request deletion of a patient's data at any time from within the workspace.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time from your workspace settings, or by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
